This patient is in her late 30’s. She has had multiple children and as a result of pregnancy had excess skin, laxity of her abdominal muscles, and stubborn fat of her abdomen and flanks. She underwent an abdominoplasty and liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and back. As a result, she has a flatter and more aesthetically-pleasing appearance to her abdomen and waist. In addition, she noticed an improved appearance of her breasts relative to a flatter abdomen.
